Uganda – Ebola : Suspension of cross-border transport with the DRC

Authorities have announced the temporary suspension of direct links with the Democratic Republic of the Congo to limit the risk of Ebola transmission. The measure includes the suspension of flights and passenger transport at border crossings for four weeks, as well as the suspension of certain markets and gatherings in high-risk areas. However, the transport of goods remains authorized to ensure the continuity of supply chains.
