DR Congo : the FARDC denounce the violation of peace commitments by the AFC/M23 coalition

The Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (FARDC) on Saturday, June 6, 2026 in Kinshasa condemned the continued hostilities attributed to the AFC/M23 coalition, despite ongoing peace processes in Washington and Doha. The army said these attacks are worsening insecurity and the humanitarian situation in the eastern part of the country.
