Libya: Elected to the Executive Council of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization for a Two-Year Term
Libya has been elected for the first time to the Executive Council of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization during the organization’s 29th General Assembly, held in Rabat, Morocco. The country will serve a two-year term and has also secured four seats on technical committees. Libyan authorities said the election reflects the confidence of member states in the progress achieved by the country’s civil aviation sector and its alignment with international standards.
