DR Congo : State’s 2026 budget revised to USD 21.9 billion by the Council of Ministers

The government has revised the state budget for fiscal year 2026 to USD 21.9 billion, according to the Council of Ministers meeting held in Kinshasa. This adjustment is part of efforts to align budget projections with changes in the economic outlook and a reduction in external resources, within the framework of the supplementary finance bill adopted by the executive.
