Africa: Guinea-Bissau reaffirmed in Rabat its support for Morocco’s sovereignty over Western Sahara and for the autonomy plan presented by the Kingdom as a basis for resolving the dispute. The Bissau-Guinean foreign minister also recalled the opening of a consulate in Dakhla in 2020, seen as a step strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.
