Angola: Parliament Approves Amendments to Domestic Violence Law

Angola’s Parliament has unanimously approved amendments to the domestic violence law, classifying these offenses as public crimes. The legislation now includes forced unions, abuse of information technologies and the abandonment of vulnerable people, strengthening protections for victims.
