Senegal: More Than 450 Irregular Migrants Rescued at Sea

The Senegalese Navy rescued 456 people attempting irregular migration off the coast of Saint-Louis within a few days. Two operations conducted on August 19 and 22 saved 246 and 210 people respectively, several of whom were in poor health.
