Morocco – Revolution of the King and the People: King Mohammed VI Pardons 935 Prisoners
On the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the Revolution of the King and the People, King Mohammed VI granted a royal pardon to 935 people convicted by Moroccan courts. Among them, 807 were in detention and 128 were at liberty. The measure includes sentence remissions or reductions, as well as the commutation of three life sentences.
